Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of smartmoneyblueprint.com (the “Site”) and the programs, community and live calls offered by Smart Money Blueprint Inc, a Delaware corporation (“Smart Money Blueprint,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, creating an account or buying a program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our programs. You must be at least 18 years old.
PMB Network membership is offered by Private Money Broker Network Inc under its own terms at pmbnetwork.com.
2. Our programs
Smart Money Blueprint provides online education that teaches real estate professionals how to earn broker fees on private money and hard money loans. We offer several programs. The programs, what each includes and its price are as described on the Site or on your invoice at the time of purchase. If the Site and your order differ, your order controls.
Access to each program lasts one year from your purchase date.
We may update lessons, tools, call schedules and platforms over time. We will not remove the main features of a program you have already paid for without offering a reasonable substitute.
3. Education only, not a lender
Smart Money Blueprint is an education company. We are not a lender, mortgage broker or loan originator, and we do not make loans or promise that any loan you submit anywhere will be approved or funded. Our affiliated lenders review any loan scenario under their own underwriting.
4. Licensing is your responsibility
Rules for brokering or arranging loans and receiving broker fees differ by state and by type of loan. Some activities may require a license. You are responsible for learning and following the laws, licensing rules and lender requirements that apply to you. Our programs do not give legal advice on licensing.
5. No legal, tax or financial advice
Our programs, calls and community content are general education. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice. Talk to your own advisors before acting.
6. Results disclaimer
We do not promise that you will earn any specific amount, or any money at all. Any income, fee or deal examples, including member stories, are examples only and are not typical or expected results. Your results depend on your effort, experience, network, market conditions, lender guidelines and the deals you find. You may earn nothing.
Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of the members who gave them. They are not typical, and results vary.
7. Payments
You pay by invoice or at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors, Stripe or Chase, to charge your payment method for the price shown on your order.
Payment plans. We offer payment plans.
- Through a financing provider. If you pay through a third-party financing provider (for example Affirm or Klarna), your plan is with that provider and follows that provider’s terms.
- Directly with us. If you pay through a payment plan offered directly by Smart Money Blueprint and you miss a payment, you have 45 days to become current. If you are not current after 45 days, your access is moved down to the closest program you have fully paid for at that time. If you have not fully paid for any program at that time, your access ends.
Amounts you pay to third parties, such as financing fees or software subscriptions in your own name, are not paid to us and are not refundable by us.
8. Refunds
7-day money-back guarantee. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to programs that state it at the time of purchase (currently Advantage, Pro and Elite). To request a refund, email us within 7 calendar days of your purchase date with “Refund Request” in the subject line. Requests received after day 7 are not eligible. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. When a refund is issued, your access to the program ends.
Final sale. Essentials, and any program not stated as covered by the guarantee at the time of purchase, are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
After 7 days. No refund is given for any program after 7 days from the purchase date.
Removal for a violation. No refund is given if your access is ended for a violation of these Terms or our community rules.
Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. If you file a chargeback instead, we may suspend your access while it is resolved.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Your access is for you alone. Do not share your login, and do not let others attend calls or view content under your account. We may suspend accounts that are shared.
10. Community and call conduct
Our community (on Mighty Networks) and live calls (on Zoom) are for members to learn and share. When you take part, you agree to:
- Be respectful. No harassment, threats or hate speech.
- Not spam, or sell or solicit other members without permission.
- Not share another member’s or a borrower’s private information. Remove borrower names and identifying details from deal scenarios.
- Not post anything false, misleading, illegal or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Not record, copy or share calls or community content outside the community.
Call recordings. Member calls are recorded. Recordings are stored on Vimeo and shared with members in the community. We keep summaries and transcripts of calls in our files. Teaching calls more than one year old may be published publicly, for example on YouTube. By joining a call, you agree that your name, image, voice and chat may appear in the recording, summary and transcript. Do not share confidential deal details or personal details on a call if you do not want them recorded.
We may remove content and suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules. If we end access for a violation of these Terms or our community rules, no refund is owed.
11. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and use it to run the community and programs. Except for call recordings as described in section 10, we will not use your name, image or story in advertising without your separate permission.
12. Intellectual property
All program materials, videos, templates, scripts, the Site and the Smart Money Blueprint name and logo belong to Smart Money Blueprint or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or teach the materials, or use them to build a competing program.
13. Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree, we may send call reminders, program updates and, only with your separate consent, promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
14. Third-party platforms
We use third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Mighty Networks, Zoom and Vimeo. Their own terms also apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.
15. Disclaimers
The Site, programs, community and calls are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that any loan will close, any fee will be earned, or that the Site will be error-free.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Smart Money Blueprint and its owners, employees, coaches and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost deals. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program in the 12 months before the claim.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Smart Money Blueprint and its owners, employees, coaches and agents from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your business activities, your dealings with borrowers or lenders, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
18. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding that section 19 allows (a small claims case, a request for an injunction, or an action to enforce an arbitration award) will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
19. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at legal@smartmoneyblueprint.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site or our programs will be resolved by binding individual arbitration instead of in court, except as stated in this section. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules and decided by one arbitrator. It will be held in Delaware or by video.
Who decides what is arbitrated. The arbitrator decides all questions about whether a dispute must go to arbitration, including the scope, validity and enforceability of this section.
Small claims. Either side may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies there.
Intellectual property. Either side may ask a court for an injunction to stop misuse of its intellectual property.
No class actions and no jury. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or take part in a class action, class arbitration or other representative action. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis.
Enforcing an award. Either side may go to court to enforce an arbitration award.
20. Changes
We may change these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not affect the price or refund terms of a purchase already made. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
