01Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our websites, creating an account, registering for a free preview, purchasing a program, joining PMB Network, or attending a call, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services.

If you purchase on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

02Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Services.

• Give us accurate, current information when you register or purchase, and keep it updated.
• Your login is for you only. You’re responsible for keeping it secure and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us right away at Hello@SmartMoneyBlueprint.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

03Education Only — Not Professional Advice

Smart Money Blueprint is an education and training company. We teach how private and hard money lending works, how deals are evaluated, and how real estate professionals position themselves to earn broker fees.

Examples, case studies, and deal breakdowns are for illustration. They may be anonymized, simplified, or based on industry scenarios, and they are not a prediction of what you will experience.

04Earnings Disclaimer

We don’t promise that you will earn any specific amount of money, close any number of deals, or get results within any time frame. Any income or deal figures shown on our websites, in our programs, in emails, or on calls are examples only.

Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, existing network, market conditions, lender guidelines, and deal volume. Many people who buy education products never apply what they learn. Buying a program is an investment in education, not a purchase of results.

05Licensing Is Your Responsibility

Rules for brokering loans and collecting broker or referral fees vary by state, by loan type, and by whether the property or borrower is residential, commercial, or investment. Some activity may require a license, and some fee arrangements may be restricted.

You are solely responsible for knowing and following the federal, state, and local laws that apply to you, including any licensing, disclosure, and fee-sharing rules. Anything we say about licensing is general education, not a legal opinion for your situation. Always verify requirements in your state before engaging in brokering activity.

06Programs, Pricing & Payment

Pricing

Current program levels and pricing are listed on our Services page. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but a change won’t affect a purchase you’ve already completed.

Payment

• Program fees are due at checkout unless you are approved for a payment plan or third-party financing.
• Payment plans: If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout until the full amount is paid. A payment plan is a way to pay the full program price over time — it is not a monthly subscription you can cancel. You owe the full balance even if you stop using the program.
• Missed payments: If a scheduled payment fails, we may pause your access until your account is current.
• Third-party financing: If you finance through an outside provider, your loan agreement is between you and that provider and is governed by their terms.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

What’s included

What each level includes (course access, live calls, support, PMB Network access, setup services, and so on) is described on that program’s page and in your order confirmation at the time you buy. Access periods for calls, support, or membership are as stated in those materials.

07Refund Policy

How the 7-day guarantee works

• Email Hello@SmartMoneyBlueprint.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase date with the subject line “Refund Request” and the name and email used at checkout.
• If your request is on time, we’ll refund the amount you’ve paid to your original payment method. On a payment plan, any remaining scheduled payments are cancelled.
• Your access to the program, community, calls, and any included membership ends when the refund is issued.
• Requests received after day 7 are not eligible.
• Amounts paid directly to third parties (for example, a financing provider’s fees, or software, domain, or hosting subscriptions set up under your own name) are not refundable by us.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, contact us first — we’ll work to fix it. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us, or for a purchase not eligible for a refund, may result in immediate loss of access, and we may contest the chargeback using your purchase and usage records.

08PMB Network Membership

• Standalone PMB Network membership is a recurring subscription billed automatically each month at the price shown when you join, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
• We don’t provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused time.
• If PMB Network access is included with a Blueprint program, the length of that included access is set by the program you purchased. After it ends, you can continue as a paid member at the then-current rate.
• We may change membership pricing with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies at your next billing date after the notice period.

09Coaching Calls & Community

Live calls, group coaching, and community spaces are where members learn from each other. To keep them valuable:

• Be professional and respectful. No harassment, discrimination, spam, or hard selling to other members.
• Don’t share other members’ personal information, deal details, or contact lists outside the community.
• Don’t record, screenshot, or redistribute calls or community content unless we’ve made a recording available to you for your own use.
• Anything shared by other members is their opinion, not ours. Verify before you rely on it.

We may record live calls and make recordings available to members. By joining a call, you agree that your name, voice, image, and comments may appear in those recordings. Turn off your camera or use the chat if you prefer not to appear on video.

Call schedules, formats, and hosts may change. Missed live calls aren’t refundable or made up individually.

10Business Setup & Tech Stack Services

Some programs include help setting up business tools such as a website, CRM, or business formation resources. For these services:

• You’re responsible for giving us the information, content, logins, and approvals we need, on time. Delays on your end will delay delivery.
• Tools we set up may run on third-party platforms (for example, website hosting, domain registrars, CRM, email, or SMS providers). Those platforms have their own terms, and ongoing subscription, usage, or messaging fees are your responsibility unless your program says otherwise.
• We don’t control third-party platforms and aren’t responsible for their outages, price changes, policy changes, or account suspensions.
• You’re responsible for making sure your website, marketing, disclosures, and communications comply with the laws that apply to your business.

11Lenders, Referrals & Third Parties

We may introduce you to private and hard money lenders, service providers, or other resources in our network. Those introductions are for your convenience only.

• Every lender makes its own decisions on whether to fund a loan, on what terms, and whether and how much it pays in broker fees. We don’t guarantee any loan approval, closing, or fee.
• Any agreement you enter with a lender, borrower, or other third party is between you and them. We are not a party to it and aren’t responsible for their acts, terms, or performance.
• Links to outside websites and tools are provided for convenience. We don’t endorse and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

12Intellectual Property

All course videos, lessons, scripts, templates, worksheets, checklists, calculators, recordings, graphics, trademarks, and other materials in the Services are owned by Smart Money Blueprint or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

When you purchase or join, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own business education. Templates and scripts may be customized and used in your own brokering business. You may not resell, license, publish, or share the materials themselves, or use them to create a competing course, coaching program, or community.

13Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share your login or let anyone else access your account.
• Download, copy, record, scrape, or redistribute course content except where we provide a download for your own use.
• Resell, rebrand, or repackage our materials, or use them to build a competing product.
• Use the Services for anything illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive, including misrepresenting yourself to borrowers or lenders.
• Recruit members away to competing programs or solicit members in the community without permission.
• Interfere with, hack, or overload our websites or platforms.

Violating this section may result in immediate termination of access without a refund, and we may pursue other remedies available under the law.

14Your Content & Testimonials

You keep ownership of anything you post or submit (comments, questions, deal examples, feedback). By posting it in our community or on calls, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the Services.

If you give us a testimonial, review, or success story, you confirm it’s truthful and reflects your genuine experience, and you permit us to use it, along with your name, photo, and business title if you provide them, in our marketing. You can ask us to stop using a testimonial going forward at any time.

Don’t post anything unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that includes someone else’s confidential or personal information without permission. We may remove any content at our discretion.

15Email & SMS Communications

When you register, purchase, or submit a form, you agree to receive emails from us about your account, purchases, program updates, calls, and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in any email. We’ll still send account and transaction messages as needed.

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Smart Money Blueprint, which may include reminders, program updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

16Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that content is always current, or that the Services will produce any particular business or financial result.

17Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Smart Money Blueprint and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost deals, lost fees, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Services, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some states don’t allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

18Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Smart Money Blueprint and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your brokering or business activity, your agreements with lenders, borrowers, or other third parties, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

19Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts owed, or act in a way that harms other members or our business. Termination for these reasons does not entitle you to a refund and does not cancel any unpaid balance on a payment plan.

We may also modify, replace, or discontinue any part of the Services. If we permanently discontinue a paid program you purchased before your included access period ends, we’ll provide reasonable notice and an alternative or a prorated remedy.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms) will survive.

20Governing Law & Disputes

If you have a problem, contact us first at Hello@SmartMoneyBlueprint.com. Most issues get resolved quickly this way. You agree to give us at least 30 days to try to resolve a dispute informally before starting any formal proceeding.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that isn’t resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

21Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we’ll notify active customers by email. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Changes won’t apply retroactively to a purchase already completed.

22General Terms

• Entire agreement: These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the terms shown at checkout for your specific purchase make up the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If they conflict, the checkout terms for your purchase control.
• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• No waiver: If we don’t enforce a provision right away, we haven’t given up the right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: You can’t transfer your account or these Terms to anyone else. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Independent parties: Nothing in these Terms makes you our employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer.
